Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may apply for a return or refund. Please contact our customer service team in advance, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Exchange Policy

1. Orders Not Yet Shipped
If your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to exchange it for another size or color, please contact our customer service team.
Exchanges are available for the same item only, subject to stock availability.

2. Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already been shipped, you may apply for a return after receiving the package and then place a new order to ensure the desired item remains in stock.

3. Orders Over $99
For orders totaling $99 or more, WARDEN EDGE will cover the shipping fee for the exchanged item.
Customers are only responsible for the return shipping fee of the original item.
For orders under $99, customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.

Return Policy

15-Day Return Window
You may apply for a return and refund within 15 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.
After submitting your return request, please ship the return package within 7 days and provide a tracking number to customer service.
Failure to provide tracking within this period will result in the automatic cancellation of the return request.

Return Conditions
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away with photos so that we can evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

Non-Quality Returns
For returns not related to product quality, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may contact customer service to request cancellation.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
We appreciate your understanding.

Important Notes

The following situations are not considered quality issues:

  • Slight color differences due to monitor display
  • Minor thread ends, button looseness, or thickness variation
  • Dissatisfaction with style, color, or personal preference
  • Damage from improper washing, care, or handling
  • Sizing or fit-related concerns

Return Address

⚠️ The address printed on your parcel is not the return address.
Please contact our customer service team at service@wardenedge.com to obtain the correct return address before shipping your package.
Unauthorized returns sent to the wrong address will not be refunded.

Return Tracking

Once you’ve sent your return, please email us a photo of the package and the tracking number.
We’ll notify you as soon as we receive and process your return.
Please ensure your shipment is trackable and properly labeled.

Refund Policy

  • Canceled Orders (Not Shipped):
    Refunds will be processed within 3–15 business days to your original payment method.

  • Returned Orders:
    Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–8 business days.
