Which Countries and Regions Does WARDEN EDGE Deliver To?

We currently deliver to the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, France, Australia, Germany, Ireland, Sweden, Spain, Poland, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and New Zealand.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

Can I Return an Item If I’m Not Satisfied?

Yes. You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the item remains in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item has a verified quality defect.
The following do not qualify as quality issues:

  • Minor thread ends, raw edges, or thickness variations.
  • Slight color differences due to lighting or monitor display settings.
  • Dissatisfaction with style, color, or personal preference changes.
  • Damage resulting from washing, improper care, or alterations.
  • Sizing issues — please refer to our size chart for accurate guidance.

How Do I Return an Item?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and the designated warehouse address in China.

Do You Offer Return Label Services?

We currently do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for arranging shipment to our provided return address.

Can I Leave the Package at the Door for Pickup?

No. Please note that the address printed on your package is not our return address. Only use the return address provided by our customer service team to avoid refund delays.

Do I Need to Pay Customs Duty?

Customs duties are covered by us, and customers are not required to pay any additional fees.

Do You Offer Cash on Delivery?

No, cash on delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

Does WARDEN EDGE Have Physical Stores?

WARDEN EDGE is an online-exclusive brand and does not operate physical retail stores. All orders are processed and shipped directly through our official website.
